What are the processes and procedures?

At Excelsis Healthcare we take care most of this for you so you don’t have to. We ensure that all candidates selected from our talent pool already have the following accreditations which means faster deployment to the UK once an offer of employment has been made:

  • IELTS/OET passed
  • CBT passed
  • NMC Registered – The candidate will be in the assessment que awaiting a decision letter
  • Immigration history vetting – This is to ensure that all candidates are free from Immigration restrictions before being placed for an interview. There may be instances where a candidate has previously been in breach of Immigration Rules and subject to you a 1 year, 5 year or 10-year re-entry ban due to a lack of compliance. Our expert Immigration specialist experts are at hand to save you costs, time and prevent wasted applications.

Once you have reviewed the CV’s we will arrange a live skype interview where you can focus on recruiting the right candidate

Once a formal offer of employment has been made, this will be signed, dated and returned to you to confirm acceptance by the candidate.

3.

A Certificate of Sponsorship will then be assigned to the candidate which confirms your intention to sponsor the candidate for employment as a Pre-Registered (Band 3) Nurse. This will change to band 5 once the candidate becomes PIN registered.

4.

Within 1 week of the assignment of the COS our Immigration Team will prepare the Visa application on behalf of the candidates to ensure that they will successfully secure entry clearance to enter the UK to start work.

5.

We will arrange flights of behalf of the candidate to make their way to the UK where they will be meet and greeted at the airport.

6.

We will arrange a smooth transition for the candidate to take up their quarters at their place of residence to begin induction once fully rested and settled in.
