Excelsis Healthcare was founded by Windel Marcelino; a registered nurse with more than 14 years’ experience in the healthcare sector working at the forefront of the industry and Shahedah Amin; an Immigration solicitor specialising in European Union, Nationality, corporate and Domestic UK Immigration Law.

Together, the dynamic skills set of these two individuals founded Excelsis Healthcare, utilising their specialisms to offer a unique service where your recruitment, immigration, nursing training needs are all serviced under one establishment.

Cost Efficient Staffing Solutions

We deliver cost efficient staffing solutions to the public and private Healthcare sector such as the NHS and Nursing Homes and other Healthcare establishments. All our international recruits are from outside the European market for permanent Adult General Nursing in the UK equivalent to Level Band 5 roles in the UK. We source candidates primarily from the Philippines and India for public health sectors and worldwide including Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and the Caribbean for those seeking to work in the private sector.
